From personal experience to the perfect service

Welcome to Convoyage! My name is Rose von Hill and I relocated – along with my family – from Germany to Cape Town in 2001. Convoyage CC was founded in 2008 and I’m the sole owner and managing director.

How the idea for adult companionship was born

I love going out and meeting new people. In doing so, I came to realize that many locals, business people and travelers – whether men or women, young or old – spend their time alone or are looking for the right partner. My passion has always been for socializing and bringing people together and it was during that time that I realized that:

• Business people find themselves forced by circumstance to spend time alone;
• Visitors and travellers to South Africa love exploring the nightlife, but women especially are apprehensive about venturing out alone;
• Functions and parties become dull if the entertainment lacks proper planning;
• There is a need for elderly people to have companions to talk to, take them on outings or just spend time with them.
• Singles are reluctant to experiment with matchmaking websites due to too many blind date hazards

Out of these diverse needs Convoyage, “the constant companion”, was born offering reliable and affordable companionship for almost any age and occasion. However, we quickly learned that this was not enough; too many people miss a serious relationship in their lives and look for more. Subsequently, in 2011 we conceptualized and added our new combo-dating concept.

I absolutely love what I do – and our clients do, too. My German nature demands reliability and precision, which we combine with South African warm-heartedness and zest for life. My team and I will cater for your individual needs with sincerity and discretion – and that is a Convoyage promise.
