Frequently Asked Questions about our Social Companions you should know.

Convoyage’s social companions

Yes, absolutely! We get to know each companion personally at Convoyage. It is very important for us and our social companions to have a close personal relationship. The photos of our social companions are taken in a studio by a professional photographer, and updated regularly.

Before the date (agency service, booking, payment etc.)

The sooner you book, the better – preferably one week prior to the desired date. If you are looking for a travel companion, please contact us 14 days in advance. However, if you wish to book a date for the same day, we will do our best to try and fit you in at the last-minute.

Any personal information will be treated with 100% discretion. Convoyage uses your personal data only to make sure that we supply a service that is perfectly suited to your individual needs. I can assure you that the sharing of personal data to third parties does not take place at any time.

Reliability and discretion are guaranteed by all team members of Convoyage. Of course, the companions expect the same from you.

Our specific rates are available on request, but as a rule the rates start at R400 per hour. For more details please contact us.

I prefer my clients to handle all financial matters directly with the agency either by bank transfer or credit card (+4%).

If you still decide to pay cash, please bring the agreed sum to the meeting inside an unsealed envelope.

There have been misunderstandings in the past, even with regular clients. That can happen, which is why I’ve advised my social companions to take a glance inside the envelope. Please do not regard it as impolite; she is already more than embarrassed to do so. By treating this as a formality, you can help to avoid any misunderstanding.

We expect a pre-payment for long-term bookings or travel companions. You can make your pre-payment discretely by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). A bank transfer is also possible; however, this should be authorized as early as possible since the amount must be paid into the Convoyage account prior to the date. We can also provide you with a simple invoice for your pre-payment.

In order to preserve discretion, only our company name will be shown on your credit card invoice. You will never see Convoyage Companion Agency on it.

Of course, we can issue a neutral invoice for the booked services. The invoice issuer will be Convoyage.
Further details about our company can be found under about us.

Please hand over the remaining amount agreed upon to your companion at the beginning of the date. In order to avoid misunderstandings, your companion will take a quick look inside the envelope once it has been handed over. This is merely a formality, and after this, nothing stands in the way of a memorable time!

If you would like to meet your companion outside of her home town, travel expenses will arise accordingly, which will be calculated individually and are subject to the distance and the means of transport.

For flight trips you can deposit a paid round-trip ticket for your travel companion at the airline counter or our Convoyage team can take care of the booking of the tickets.

Most of our companions love to travel. In order to ensure a harmonic and unforgettable trip we recommend that you set up a meeting with your travel companion at a date prior to the trip.

If anything unexpected happens and you have to cancel the date, please let me know immediately, but no later than 72 hours before the appointed date. If you have already made a pre-payment, this amount will be set aside for your next date. Your pre-payment expires if the date is not made within 4 weeks.

The Date

First and foremost, you should look forward to your date. The companion also looks forward to the date and expects you to be charming, polite and respectful. This will ensure that you both have a wonderful time together.

If there is an outstanding amount, please hand over an envelope with the cash to your companion at the beginning of the date. Please do not create an embarrassing situation where the companion has to ask for it.

By talking, sharing and laughing, it’s natural to become very close to your companion during your date. However, please do not forget that some topics may be unpleasant and embarrassing for the companion. Therefore, please avoid the following:

- Asking for private contact details

Should you exchange private details such as phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses etc. with your companion, Convoyage assumes no liability for any possible indiscretions!

- Asking intimate questions about her private life

How much information your companion reveals about herself, is entirely up to her own discretion. Please do not pressure her for details.

- Talking about other companions you’ve had dates with

All companions of Convoyage would like to simply spend a wonderful time with you, whether it’s to accompany you, entertain, party, switch off, relax or just allow free play to their dreams and fantasies.
After the Date

After your first date you can ask for access to the Members Area.

Of course we would be glad to receive your feedback after the date. We’re happy to accept any suggestions or criticisms, and our companions would also love to receive any positive feedback. Only with your help can we keep on improving our services and provide you with an even better date.

Please send all feedback via our individual companion feedback form
